HELP Service has taken pride in serving the Charlotte Community and surrounding areas since 1998. Our company is well established with a reputation for efficiency and great customer service.

Since its inception, founder Phil Nichols has maintained his goal to "relieve clients both in their business and personal lives of the daily anxieties of getting so much done in so little time". 

We provide courier services for larger companies, corporations and organizations such as Advocate Health, Community in Schools, Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System and local restaurants to name a few. We also enjoy running personal errands for Business Professionals, Moms and Elderly.

Our drivers are licensed, bonded and insured so you and/or your belongings are safe in our hands.

What is Help Service?

Run errands for individuals and courier work for businesses.  Some examples include: grocery shopping, house sitting, food delivery, pick up and drop off of dry cleaning, airport pickups and drop offs, waiting in line to purchase concert tickets, etc. 

What are your prices?

Costs generally start at $50 per hour but some basic point A to point B services can be as low as $25.

Who do you work with?

 Individuals as well as corporations and small businesses

What areas do you serve?

Charlotte and surrounding areas such as Gastonia, Shelby, Huntersville, Lake Norman, Concord, Greensboro, Winston Salem, Raleigh, Monroe, Mint Hill, Rock Hill, Lake Wylie, and so forth.

Do you work holidays, weekends, and after business hours?

Normally we work holidays, weekends, and after business hours if it's scheduled 24 to 48 hours ahead of time however, always call to check availability because there's a good chance we may be able to get it done with short notice

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes we are licensed, bonded, and insured.

How long have you been in business?

We've been servicing Charlotte and surrounding areas for over 27 years (July 1998).

What types of payments do you accept?

 All major credit cards and cash. We also accept Zelle and Venmo. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.

How much notice do you need?

We would prefer to have at least 24 hours notice however, always call to check availability because there's a good chance we may be able to get it done on short notice.

Do you offer same day service?

Yes, we do.
